Rt. Hon. Hugh Oakely Arnold-Forster1 
Rt. Hon. Hugh Oakely Arnold-Forster was born on 19 August 1855 at Dawlish, Devon, England.3 He was the son of William Delafield Arnold and Frances Ann Hodgson.2,4 He married Mary Lucy Story-Maskelyne, daughter of Mervin Herbert Nevil Story-Maskelyne and Theresa Mary Dillwyn-Llewelyn, in 1885 at Highworth, Wiltshire, England.3 He died on 12 March 1909 at age 53.2
He was adopted by an unknown person in 1869.2 In 1878 his name was legally changed to Hugh Oakely Arnold-Forster by Deed Poll.4 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Liberal Union) for West Belfast between 1892 and 1906.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)1 He held the office of Secretary of State, War between 1903 and 1906.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Liberal Union) for Croydon between 1906 and 1909.1
