Edward Mathew and Lady Jane Bertie.^2,1 She married, firstly, David Dewar, son of George Dewar and Christina Panton, in 1787.¹ She married, secondly, Charles Brownlow Cumberland, son of Richard Cumberland and Elizabeth Ridge, on 23 October 1799 at St. James’ Church, London, England, in a with a dowry of £40,000 marriage.^1,3 She died on 27 August 1828.³ She was buried on 29 August 1828 at Leghorn, Italy.³
     From 1787, her married name became Dewar. From 23 October 1799, her married name became Cumberland.¹

     George Edward Mathew Brownlow Dewar was born on 1 September 1792.¹ He was the son of David Dewar and Penelope Susannah Mathew.² He died on 7 January 1803 at age 10.¹

     Her married name became Dewar.

     Albemarle Dewar was born on 18 May 1822.¹ He was the son of David Albemarle Bertie Dewar and Ann Louisa Magenis.² He married Jane O’Beirne, daughter of Felix O’Beirne, on 30 June 1854.¹ He died on 5 June 1862 at age 40.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 20th and 87th Foot Regiments.¹ He lived at Doles, Andover, Hampshire, England^G.¹ He lived at The Dean, Hurstbourne Tarrant, Hampshire, England^G.¹
