Reverend Samuel Thomas Townsend1

     Reverend Samuel Thomas Townsend was born circa 1800.2 He was the son of Captain Samuel Irwin Townsend and Katherine Thomas.3,2 He married, secondly, Eliza Cadogan, daughter of Henry Cadogan.1 He married, firstly, Catherine Louisa St. Leger, daughter of Anthony Butler St. Leger, on 18 February 1828.1 He died in 1874, without issue.1
     He was the Rector at Chicheley, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.1

     Reverend Edward Synge Townsend was born on 18 January 1741.2 He was the son of Reverend Horatio Townsend and Mary Hungerford.2 He married Elizabeth Townsend, daughter of Horatio Townsend and Anne Richards, on 2 October 1766.2 He died on 2 January 1819 at age 77.2
