     Georgina Wharton Burdon was born in 1880 at Newcastle upon Tyne, Northumberland, England.² She was the daughter of Major Augustus Edward Burdon and Alice Gertrude Vandeleur.^3,2 She married James Arthur Joicey, 2nd Baron Joicey, son of James Joicey, 1st Baron Joicey and Elizabeth Amy Robinson, on 10 September 1904 at St. Cuthbert’s Parish CHurch, Bedlington, Northumberland, England.^1,2 She died on 4 November 1952.¹
     From 10 September 1904, her married name became Joicey. After her marriage, Georgina Wharton Burdon was styled as Baroness Joicey on 21 November 1936.

     James Joicey was born on 21 May 1907.¹ He was the son of James Arthur Joicey, 2nd Baron Joicey and Georgina Wharton Burdon.² He died on 8 May 1929 at age 21.¹

Richard Ian Griffith Taylor, son of Lt.-Col. Thomas George Taylor and Josephine Margaret Lang, on 28 April 1934.¹ She and Lt.-Col. Richard Ian Griffith Taylor were divorced in 1951.¹ She died in November 1994 at age 86.¹
