     Sir John Dishington of Ardross was born circa 1433 at Ardross, Fife, Scotland.² He was the son of John Dishington of Ardross.² He married Janet Lindsay, daughter of Alexander Lindsay, 4th Earl of Crawford and Margaret Dunbar, after 1441.¹ He died circa 1513 at Ardross, Fife, Scotland.²
     He was a Fife baron.³

     Janet Lindsay was born circa 1427 at Glenesk, Angus, Scotland.² She was the daughter of Alexander Lindsay, 4th Earl of Crawford and Margaret Dunbar.² She married Sir John Dishington of Ardross, son of John Dishington of Ardross, after 1441.¹ She died in 1483 at Ardross, Fife, Scotland.²
     From after 1441, her married name became Dishington.¹

     Mary-Jean Garner-Smith is the daughter of Brigadier Kenneth James Garner Garner-Smith.¹ She married Commander Richard Edmund Onslow, son of Admiral Sir Richard George Onslow and Kathleen Meriel Taylor, on 12 April 1961.¹
     From 12 April 1961, her married name became Onslow.¹

     Brigadier Kenneth James Garner Garner-Smith married Mary Macdonald.²
     He lived at Aird House, Inverness, Inverness-shire, Scotland.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹

     Richard James Onslow was born on 28 December 1962.¹ He is the son of Commander Richard Edmund Onslow and Mary-Jean Garner-Smith.¹ He married Lucinda Caroline Fraser, daughter of Patrick Alexander Campbell Fraser and Kalitza Mary Stuart Spurway, in 1992.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Blues and Royals.¹

     Sir Edward Jerningham was the son of Sir John Jerningham.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Scrope, daughter of Sir Richard Scrope and Eleanor Washbourne.¹ He married, firstly, Margaret Bedingfield, daughter of Sir Edmund Bedingfield.¹ He died on 6 January 1515.¹
     He lived at Somerleyton, Suffolk, England.²

     Margaret Bedingfield was the daughter of Sir Edmund Bedingfield.¹ She married Sir Edward Jerningham, son of Sir John Jerningham.¹ She died on 24 March 1504.¹
     Her married name became Jerningham.¹

     Alice Gertrude Vandeleur was born on 3 January 1854 at Ireland.¹ She was the daughter of Major Thomas Pakenham Vandeleur.¹ She married Major Augustus Edward Burdon, son of Augustus de Butts and Hannah Georgiana Elizabeth Inglefield, in 1875 at County Limerick, Ireland.¹ She died in 1909.¹
     From 1875, her married name became Burdon.¹
