     Hon. Ellinor Frances Cross was the daughter of Hon. William Henry Cross and Mary Lewthwaite.² She died on 20 August 1978.¹
     On 29 July 1914 she was granted the rank of a viscount’s daughter.¹

     Reverend Francis Haden Cope lived at North Malvern, Worcestershire, England^G, the Vicar.¹ He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹

     Katherine Ellen Cope was the daughter of Reverend Francis Haden Cope.² She married Hon. John Edward Cross, son of Richard Assheton Cross, 1st Viscount Cross and Georgiana Lyon, on 31 July 1889.¹ She died on 9 December 1891.¹
     From 31 July 1889, her married name became Cross.

     Katherine Madge Cross was born on 18 November 1891.¹ She was the daughter of Hon. John Edward Cross and Katherine Ellen Cope.² She married Captain Basil Richard Brooke, son of John Townshend Brooke, on 24 May 1923.¹ She died in November 1991.¹
     From 24 May 1923, her married name became Brooke.

     John Townshend Brooke lived at Haughton Hall, Shropshire, England^G.¹

     Captain Basil Richard Brooke was the son of John Townshend Brooke.² He married Katherine Madge Cross, daughter of Hon. John Edward Cross and Katherine Ellen Cope, on 24 May 1923.¹ He died on 8 October 1929.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹

     Hon. John Edward Cross was born on 5 September 1858.¹ He was the son of Richard Assheton Cross, 1st Viscount Cross and Georgiana Lyon.² He married, firstly, Katherine Ellen Cope, daughter of Reverend Francis Haden Cope, on 31 July 1889.¹ He married, secondly, Sophy Katherine Mary Sandbach, daughter of Henry Robertson Sandbach, on 18 April 1895.¹ He died on 26 June 1921 at age 62.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Cheshire.¹ He held the office of Member of the Cheshire County Council between 1904 and 1907.¹ He lived at West Hall, High Legh, Cheshire, England^G.¹

     Henry Robertson Sandbach married Margaret Roscoe, daughter of unknown Roscoe.² He married Elizabeth Charlotte Williams, daughter of Martin Williams.²
     He held the office of Mayor of Liverpool.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He lived at Hafodunos, Denbighshire, Wales^G.¹

     Sophy Katherine Mary Sandbach was the daughter of Henry Robertson Sandbach.² She married Hon. John Edward Cross, son of Richard Assheton Cross, 1st Viscount Cross and Georgiana Lyon, on 18 April 1895.¹ She died on 22 May 1946.¹
     From 18 April 1895, her married name became Cross.

     Elizabeth Sophy Cross was born on 27 January 1896.¹ She was the daughter of Hon. John Edward Cross and Sophy Katherine Mary Sandbach.² She married, firstly, Alexander Douglas, son of John Douglas, on 14 March 1923.¹ She and Alexander Douglas were divorced in 1938.¹ She married, secondly, William Edward Powys, son of Reverend Charles Francis Powys, on 12 July 1938.¹ She died in August 1963 at age 67, further issue.¹
     She was awarded the Military Medal (M.M.)¹ From 14 March 1923, her married name became Douglas. On 14 March 1933 her name was legally changed to Powys by Deed Poll.¹
