     David Cunliffe was born on 14 February 1815.¹ He was the son of General Sir Robert Henry Cunliffe, 4th Bt. and Louisa Smith.² He married Fanny Priscilla Davies, daughter of Samuel Davies, on 24 October 1837.¹ He died on 19 September 1873 at age 58.¹
     He was in the Bengal Civil Service.¹

     Samuel Davies graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹

     Fanny Priscilla Davies is the daughter of Samuel Davies.² She married David Cunliffe, son of General Sir Robert Henry Cunliffe, 4th Bt. and Louisa Smith, on 24 October 1837.¹
     From 24 October 1837, her married name became Cunliffe.

     David Arthur Cunliffe was born in 1850.¹ He was the son of David Cunliffe and Fanny Priscilla Davies.² He died in March 1907, unmarried.¹

     Foster Kinlock Cunliffe was born in 1851.¹ He was the son of David Cunliffe and Fanny Priscilla Davies.² He married, firstly, Henrietta Worthington, daughter of J. H. Worthington, on 2 November 1881.¹ He married, secondly, Adele Gillmore, daughter of Captain Horatio Gillmore, in 1890.¹ He died on 2 October 1912.¹
     He was with the Department of Publoc Works at India^G.¹

     Henrietta Worthington was the daughter of J. H. Worthington.² She married Foster Kinlock Cunliffe, son of David Cunliffe and Fanny Priscilla Davies, on 2 November 1881.¹ She died on 3 March 1889.¹
     Cheshire.¹ She lived Oxton.¹ Her married name became Cunliffe.
