     Reverend Peter Leigh was born on 20 August 1782.¹ He was the son of Egerton Leigh and Elizabeth Jodrell.¹ He married, firstly, Mary Blackburne, daughter of Thomas Blackburne and Margaret Brooke, on 10 November 1812.¹ He married, secondly, Jane Steward, daughter of Harriot Steward, on 18 March 1828.¹
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was the Rector at Lymm, Cheshire, England^G.¹

     Eleanor Sophia Egerton Leigh was the daughter of Egerton Leigh and Lydia Rachel Wright.^2,3 She married Sir Robert Alfred Cunliffe, 5th Bt., son of Robert Ellis Cunliffe and Charlotte Howel, on 5 August 1869.¹ She died on 13 March 1898.¹
     From 5 August 1869, her married name became Cunliffe.

     Sir Foster Hugh Egerton Cunliffe, 6th Bt. was born on 17 August 1875.¹ He was the son of Sir Robert Alfred Cunliffe, 5th Bt. and Eleanor Sophia Egerton Leigh.² He died on 13 July 1916 at age 40, unmarried, killed in action.¹
     He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was a Lecturer in Military History at Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Cunliffe, of Liverpool [G.B., 1759] on 18 June 1905.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Temporary Major at Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in the 12th Battalion, Rifle Brigade.¹

     Sir Robert Neville Henry Cunliffe, 7th Bt. was born on 8 February 1884.¹ He was the son of Sir Robert Alfred Cunliffe, 5th Bt. and Eleanor Sophia Egerton Leigh.² He died on 1 May 1949 at age 65, unmarried.¹
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Hertford College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Temporary Lieutenant in the General List.¹ He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Cunliffe, of Liverpool [G.B., 1759] on 13 July 1916.¹

     Violet Eleanor Cunliffe was born on 4 July 1876.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Robert Alfred Cunliffe, 5th Bt. and Eleanor Sophia Egerton Leigh.² She died on 15 February 1878 at age 1.¹

     Mary Evelyn Cunliffe was born on 21 November 1878.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Robert Alfred Cunliffe, 5th Bt. and Eleanor Sophia Egerton Leigh.² She died on 22 September 1961 at age 82, unmarried.¹

     Kythe Cunliffe was born on 25 August 1881.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Robert Alfred Cunliffe, 5th Bt. and Eleanor Sophia Egerton Leigh.² She died on 27 September 1928 at age 47, unmarried.¹

     Lt.-Col. Walter Howell Cunliffe was born on 8 September 1850.¹ He was the son of Robert Ellis Cunliffe and Charlotte Howel.² He married, firstly, Gertrude Foster, daughter of William Fry Foster, on 14 September 1875.¹ He married, secondly, Annie Catherine Meakin, daughter of George Meakin, on 30 September 1914.¹ He died on 6 September 1932 at age 81.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Oxfordshire Light Infantry.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Berkshire.¹

     Gertrude Foster was the daughter of William Fry Foster.² She married Lt.-Col. Walter Howell Cunliffe, son of Robert Ellis Cunliffe and Charlotte Howel, on 14 September 1875.¹ She died on 12 October 1908.¹
     From 14 September 1875, her married name became Cunliffe.
