Henrietta Cavendish was born illegitimately.1 She was the daughter of William Cavendish, 2nd Duke of Devonshire and Mary Heneage.1,2 She married Lionel Tollemache, Lord Huntingtower, son of Lionel Tollemache, 3rd Earl of Dysart and Grace Wilbraham, on 6 December 1706.1 She died on 11 January 1717/18.1
From 6 December 1706, her married name became Tollemache.1
