     He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)³ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)³

     Patrick Campbell was born on 9 May 1766.¹ He was the son of General Alexander Campbell of Barcaldine and Helen Sinclair.² He died on 4 December 1825 at age 59.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Waller’s Corps.¹

     James Campbell is the son of General Alexander Campbell of Barcaldine and Helen Sinclair.²
     He was possibly with the Royal Navy.¹

     Janet Campbell was the daughter of General Alexander Campbell of Barcaldine and Helen Sinclair.² She married Captain Æneas Mackay on 15 February 1787.¹ She died on 15 October 1787.¹
     From 15 February 1787, her married name became Mackay.¹

     Reverend Thomas Pascoe was born in 1788.¹ He was the son of James Pascoe and Catherine Edwards.¹ He married Charlotte Champion Willyams, daughter of James Willyams and Anne Champion.¹ He died in 1870.¹

     Charles Lupton was born in May 1855 at Leeds, Yorkshire, West Riding, England^G.¹ He was the son of Francis Lupton and Frances Elizabeth Greenhow.¹ He married Katharine Ashton, daughter of Thomas Ashton and Elizabeth Gair, in 1888.¹ He died in January 1935 at age 79 at Carr Head, Roundhay, Leeds, Yorkshire, West Riding, England^G.¹
     He was educated at Leeds Grammar School, Leeds, Yorkshire, West Riding, England^G.¹ He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He was a practising solicitor in 1881.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹ He was chairman of the Leeds General Infirmary between 1900 and 1921.¹ He held the office of Lord Mayor of Leeds between 1915 and 1916.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of the West Riding, Yorkshire in 1918.¹

     David Campbell was born in 1729/30.¹ He was the son of John Campbell, 5th of Barcaldine and Margaret Jean Campbell.² He married, firstly, unknown wife (?) in 1749/50.¹ He married, secondly, Jean Campbell, daughter of Archibald Campbell, in March 1756.¹
     He was a practising Writer to the Signet (W.S.) before 1775.¹ He lived at Belmont, Corstorphine, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹ He emigrated to New York, U.S.A.^G, arriving on 1776.¹ He was a practising Notary Public in 1777 at New York, U.S.A.^G.¹ He was a practising Attorney-at-Law between 1778 and 1783 at New York, U.S.A.^G.¹
