Sir Cosmo Edmund Duff Gordon, 5th Bt.1 
He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Duff, of Halkin, co. Ayr [U.K., 1813] on 5 May 1896.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Kincardineshire.2 He was awarded the Olympic Silver Medal in 1906 for fencing.3 In 1912 he and his wife survived the sinking of the R.M.S. Titanic.4
