     Lt.-Col. Peter Jarret Lewis was the son of Major Ernest Hastings Lewis.² He married Rosemary Anne Cooper, daughter of Lt.-Col. Geoffrey Beauchamp Astley Cooper and Louisa Maude White, on 21 September 1946.¹ He died in 1983.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the The Buffs.¹

     Virginia Rosemary Lewis was born on 23 October 1949.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Peter Jarret Lewis and Rosemary Anne Cooper.² She married Lt.-Gen. Sir Roderick Alexander Cordy-Simpson, son of Colonel John Roger Cordy-Simpson and Ursula Margaret West, on 21 December 1974.¹
     From 21 December 1974, her married name became Cordy-Simpson. She lived in 2003 at The Coach House, Mill Lane, Bishop’s Trow, Warminster, Wiltshire, England^G.¹

     Colonel John Roger Cordy-Simpson was born in 1910.² He was the son of Major Roger Cordy-Simpson and Finovola Marianne Eleanor Maclean.² He married Ursula Margaret West.³ He married Diana (?)⁴ He died in 1979.²
     He lived at Shorne, Kent, England^G.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹

     Lt.-Gen. Sir Roderick Alexander Cordy-Simpson was born on 29 February 1944.² He is the son of Colonel John Roger Cordy-Simpson and Ursula Margaret West.^3,4 He married Virginia Rosemary Lewis, daughter of Lt.-Col. Peter Jarret Lewis and Rosemary Anne Cooper, on 21 December 1974.¹
     He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1984.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1993.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1998.¹

     Olive Sylvia Beauchamp Cooper was the daughter of Albert Beauchamp Astley Cooper and Eva Cornelia O’Reilly.² She died on 29 April 1959, unmarried.¹

     Rosalind Beauchamp Cooper was the daughter of Albert Beauchamp Astley Cooper and Eva Cornelia O’Reilly.² She died on 27 March 1959, unmarried.¹

     Clement Paston Astley Cooper was born on 30 May 1845.¹ He was the son of Sir Astley Paston Cooper, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Harriet Rickford.² He married Evangeline Julia Marshall, daughter of George Marshall and Elizabeth Helen Gore, on 10 July 1877 at All Saints, St. Marylebone, London, England.¹ He died on 12 February 1927 at age 81.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 29th Foot.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hertfordshire.¹

     Blanche Sydney Vesey was born in 1870.¹ She was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. George Henry Vesey and Constance Marshall.¹ She died in 1872.¹
