     She was educated at Newenham College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ Her married name became Buchanan.

     George Henry Perrott Buchanan was the son of Reverend Charles Henry Leslie Buchanan.¹ He married Hon. Janet Hampden Margesson, daughter of Henry David Reginald Margesson, 1st Viscount Margesson and Frances Howard Leggett, on 22 August 1952.¹ He died circa 1985.¹

     Florence Leggett Buchanan was born on 18 February 1955. She is the daughter of George Henry Perrott Buchanan and Hon. Janet Hampden Margesson.¹

     Thomas Vere Hobart Margesson was born on 15 July 1902.¹ He was the son of Sir Mortimer Reginald Margesson and Lady Isabel Augusta Hobart-Hampden.¹ He married Agneta Hoffman on 21 November 1924.¹ He died on 11 July 1997 at age 94.¹
     He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Artillery.¹ He fought in the Second World War between 1940 and 1945.¹ He was awarded the Military Medal (M.M.)¹

     Agneta Hoffman married Thomas Vere Hobart Margesson, son of Sir Mortimer Reginald Margesson and Lady Isabel Augusta Hobart-Hampden, on 21 November 1924.¹
     Her married name became Margesson. She lived at Copenhagen, Denmark^G.¹

     Peter Reginald Hampden Margesson was born on 18 January 1926.¹ He was the son of Thomas Vere Hobart Margesson and Agneta Hoffman.¹ He married Doris White. He died in 2000 at Margate, Natal, South Africa.²

     Michael Vere Hobart Margesson was born on 27 February 1933.¹ He was the son of Thomas Vere Hobart Margesson and Agneta Hoffman.¹ He married Ita Jane Kernick.² He died on 28 July 2016 at age 83.²
