John Vaughan, 3rd Earl of Lisburne 
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cardiganshire between 1796 and 1818.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in 1800.1 He succeeded as the 6th Viscount Lisburne, co. Antrim [I., 1695] on 6 May 1820.1 He succeeded as the 6th Lord Vaughan, Baron of Fethard, co. Tipperary [I., 1695] on 6 May 1820.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Earl of Lisburne, co. Antrim [I., 1776] on 6 May 1820.1

William Courtenay, 9th Earl of Devon1 

William Courtenay, 9th Earl of Devon was born on 30 July 1768.1 He was the son of William Courtenay, 2nd Viscount Courtenay of Powderham Castle and Frances Clack.1 He was baptised on 30 August 1768. He died on 26 May 1835 at age 66 at Paris, FranceG, unmarried.1 He was buried on 12 June 1835.
He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Courtenay of Powderham Castle, co. Devon [G.B., 1762] on 14 October 1788.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Courtenay [E., 1645] on 14 October 1788.1 He succeeded as the 9th Earl of Devon [E., 1553] on 15 March 1831, after the House of Lords declared his right to the Earldom.1
On his death, the Viscountancy Courtenay of Powderham Castle became extinct.1
