John Montagu 
He fought in the Waterloo in 1815, with the 52nd Regiment.1 He and Jessy Worsley emigrated to Hobart, Tasmania, Australia, arriving on May 1824 on board Adrian.2 He held the office of Colonial Secretary of Van Diemen’s Land between 1834 and 1842.2 He was Colonial Secretary of the Cape of Good Hope between 1843 and 1852.3
