Henry Frederick Lippitt was born on 12 October 1856 at Providence, Rhode Island, U.S.A.G.2 He was the son of Henry Lippitt and Mary Ann Balch.2 He married, firstly, Marie Louise Bowen on 15 December 1881.3 He married, secondly, Lucy Hayes Herron, daughter of John Williamson Herron and Harriet Anne Collins, in 1915.2 He died on 28 December 1933 at age 77 at Providence, Rhode Island, U.S.A.G.2
