     Nichola Carew was born on 26 April 1930.¹ She was the daughter of Peter Gawen Carew and Ruth Chamberlain.² She married, firstly, Charles Louis Breitmeyer, son of Lt.-Col. Gabriel Charles Alan Breitmeyer and Alfreda May Parsons, on 29 November 1950.² She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. Sir George Arnold Ford Kennard, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Coleridge Arthur Fitzroy Kennard, 1st Bt. and Dorothy Katherine Barclay, in 1985.¹ She and Lt.-Col. Sir George Arnold Ford Kennard, 3rd Bt. were divorced in 1992.¹ She and Charles Louis Breitmeyer were divorced in 1968.¹ She died on 26 June 2016 at age 86.³
     From 29 November 1950, her married name became Breitmeyer. In 1968 her name was legally changed to Carew.¹ From 1985, her married name became Kennard. She lived in 2003 at Gogwell, Tiverton, Devon, England^G.¹

     Hugh Coleridge Downing Kennard was born on 15 May 1859.² He was the son of Coleridge John Kennard and Ellen Georgiana Rowe.² He married Helen Wyllie, daughter of James Wyllie and Helen Keith, on 7 September 1883.² He died on 9 April 1886 at age 26.
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Grenadier Guards.²

     Helen Wyllie was born on 21 February 1856 at Sliema, Malta^G.¹ She was the daughter of James Wyllie and Helen Keith.^2,1 She married, firstly, Hugh Coleridge Downing Kennard, son of Coleridge John Kennard and Ellen Georgiana Rowe, on 7 September 1883.³ She married, secondly, James Lawrence Carew in 1896.³ She died on 21 April 1928 at age 72.³
     From 7 September 1883, her married name became Kennard. From 1896, her married name became Carew.

     James Lawrence Carew married Helen Wyllie, daughter of James Wyllie and Helen Keith, in 1896.¹ He died on 31 August 1903.

     James Wyllie was baptised on 28 August 1819 at Montrose, Angus, Scotland^G.² He was the son of David Wyllie and Mary Scott.² He married Helen Keith on 1 October 1848 at St. Cyrus, Kincardineshire, Scotland^G.² He died on 28 October 1903 at age 84 at 3 King’s Gardens, Hove, Sussex, England^G.²
     He lived at Hove, Sussex, England^G.¹ He lived at Eilenroc, Antibes, France^G.¹

     Coleridge John Kennard was born on 6 October 1828.² He was the son of John Peirse Kennard and Sophia Chapman.² He married Ellen Georgiana Rowe, daughter of Captain John Wilkinson Rowe, on 20 July 1858.² He died on 25 December 1890 at age 62.²
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of London.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hampshire.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Salisbury between 1882 and 1885.² He lived at Fernhill, Hampshire, England^G.¹ He died just as he was about to be created a baronet.¹

     Ellen Georgiana Rowe was the daughter of Captain John Wilkinson Rowe. She married Coleridge John Kennard, son of John Peirse Kennard and Sophia Chapman, on 20 July 1858.¹ She died on 10 December 1916.¹
     Her married name became Kennard. Circa 1891 she was granted the rank of a baronet’s wife.²

     Captain John Wilkinson Rowe is the son of unknown Rowe.¹
     He was in the Honourable East India Company Service.²

     John Peirse Kennard was born on 25 October 1798.² He was the son of John Kennard and Harriet Elizabeth Peirse.² He married Sophia Chapman, daughter of Sir John Chapman, on 8 January 1828.² He died on 3 May 1877 at age 78.²
     A banker.² He lived at Upper Gatton Park, Reigate, Surrey, England^G.² He lived at Walthamstow, Essex, England^G.¹ He lived at Hordle Cliff, Hampshire, England^G.² He also had two other daughters.¹

     Sophia Chapman is the daughter of Sir John Chapman.² She married John Peirse Kennard, son of John Kennard and Harriet Elizabeth Peirse, on 8 January 1828.²
     Her married name became Kennard.
