Frederick Banbury, 1st Baron Banbury of Southam1 
He was educated between 1863 and 1866 at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, EnglandG.1 He was admitted to London Stock Exchange in 1872.1 He was the head of Frederick Banbury and Sons, Stockbrokers between 1879 and 1906 at London, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for Camberwell, Peckham Division between 1892 and 1906.1 He was created 1st Baronet Banbury, of Southam, co. Warwick [U.K.] on 6 January 1903.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for the City of London between 1906 and 1924.1 He was Chairman of the Great Northern Railway.1 He was a director of the London and Provincial Bank.1 He was created 1st Baron Banbury of Southam, of Southam, co. Warwick [U.K.] on 12 January 1924.1
His Time stated that “he was a great Parliamentary ‘character,’ although he never held any official post, for he made himself a unique position as an opponent of change which he did not regard as progress” and “punctual in his attendance… he was always most carefully dressed and… would walk to his seat and look around at the increasingly slip-shod aattire of his colleagues with sad disapproval. The advent of women members into the House he regarded as nothing short of an outrage. Banbury, in fact, became an ‘institution.1‘ ” He has an extensive biographical entry in the Dictionary of National Biography.2

Elizabeth Rosa Beale1 
Her married name became Banbury. After her marriage, Elizabeth Rosa Beale was styled as Baroness Banbury of Southam on 21 January 1924.
She was a great lover of animals, and very involved in the work of the RSPCA and the Dumb Friends League.1

Warwick [U.K., 1924] on 13 August 1936.1 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Coldstream Guards.2 He fought in the Second World War, where he wa mentikoned in dispatches.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the 12th Lancers.2 He held the office of County Councillor in 1958.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) in 1965.2 He held the office of County Alderman in 1967.2
