Robert Godfrey de Bohun Devereux was born on 24 November 1894.¹ He was the son of Robert Charles Devereux, 17th Viscount Hereford and Ethel Mildred Shaw.¹ He married Audrey Maureen Leslie Meakin, daughter of James Meakin and Emma Beatrice Wallace, on 5 December 1923.² He died on 13 July 1934 at age 39.¹
     He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.¹ He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Welsh Guards.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Breconshire.² He was appointed Officer, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (O.St.J.)¹

     Robert Charles Devereux, 17th Viscount Hereford was born on 11 August 1865.¹ He was the son of Robert Devereux, 16th Viscount Hereford and Hon. Mary Anna Morgan.² He married Ethel Mildred Shaw, daughter of John Shaw, on 21 January 1892.¹ He died on 16 April 1952 at age 86.¹
     He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He held the office of County Alderman of Breconshire between 1898 and 1904.¹ He was chairman of the Breconshire Quarter Sessions between 1907 and 1927.¹ He succeeded as the 17th Viscount Hereford [E., 1550] on 27 March 1930.¹ He succeeded as the 14th Baronet Devereux, of Castle Bromwich, co. Warwick [E., 1611] on 27 March 1930.¹ He was appointed Knight of Justice, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (K.J.St.J.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Herefordshire.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Breconshire.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Breconshire.¹

     Ethel Mildred Shaw was the daughter of John Shaw.² She married Robert Charles Devereux, 17th Viscount Hereford, son of Robert Devereux, 16th Viscount Hereford and Hon. Mary Anna Morgan, on 21 January 1892.¹ She died on 2 June 1945.¹
     She was appointed Dame of Justice, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (D.J.St.J.)¹ Her married name became Devereux. After her marriage, Ethel Mildred Shaw was styled as Viscountess Hereford on 27 March 1930.

     John Shaw lived at Welburn Hall, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     Robert Milo Leicester Devereux, 18th Viscount Hereford was born on 4 November 1932.¹ He was the son of Hon. Robert Godfrey de Bohun Devereux and Audrey Maureen Leslie Meakin. He married Susan Mary Godley, daughter of Major Maurice Godley and Glen Short, on 11 December 1969.² He and Susan Mary Godley were divorced in 1982.² He died on 25 February 2004 at age 71.³
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was Premier Viscount of England in 1952.¹ He succeeded as the 18th Viscount Hereford [E., 1550] on 16 April 1952.¹ He succeeded as the 15th Baronet Devereux, of Castle Bromwich, co. Warwick [E., 1611] on 16 April 1952.¹ He was appointed Officer, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (O.St.J.)¹

     Susan Mary Godley was born on 10 January 1941.¹ She is the daughter of Major Maurice Godley and Glen Short.² She married Robert Milo Leicester Devereux, 18th Viscount Hereford, son of Hon. Robert Godfrey de Bohun Devereux and Audrey Maureen Leslie Meakin, on 11 December 1969.¹ She and Robert Milo Leicester Devereux, 18th Viscount Hereford were divorced in 1982.¹
     From 11 December 1969, her married name became Devereux. After her marriage, Susan Mary Godley was styled as Viscountess Hereford on 11 December 1969.

     Charles Robin de Bohun Devereux, 19th Viscount Hereford was born on 11 August 1975.¹ He is the son of Robert Milo Leicester Devereux, 18th Viscount Hereford and Susan Mary Godley.¹ He married Louisa Jane Knight, daughter of Christopher William Knight and Jonkvrouwe Sylvia Caroline van Lennep, before 2013.²
     Charles Robin de Bohun Devereux, 19th Viscount Hereford usually went by his middle name of Robin.¹ He was educated at Stowe School, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England^G. He graduated from University of East Anglia, Norwich, Norfolk, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) He succeeded as the 19th Viscount Hereford [E., 1550] on 25 February 2004. He succeeded as the 16th Baronet Devereux, of Castle Bromwich, co. Warwick [E., 1611] on 25 February 2004.

     Hon. Edward Mark de Breteuil Devereux was born on 8 June 1977.¹ He is the son of Robert Milo Leicester Devereux, 18th Viscount Hereford and Susan Mary Godley.¹

     Major Maurice Godley was born on 16 October 1900.¹ He is the son of John Cornwallis Godley and Mary Blanche MacNaught.² He married Glen Short, daughter of Captain Mayow Short, on 7 April 1937.¹
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of Fiji between 1931 and 1936.¹ He was Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of Trinidad between 1936 and 1937.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Fusiliers.¹ He lived at Ide Hill, Kent, England^G. He was Queen’s Messenger.¹

     Hon. Diana Bridget Devereux was born on 25 March 1931.¹ She was the daughter of Hon. Robert Godfrey de Bohun Devereux and Audrey Maureen Leslie Meakin.¹ She married Major Samuel Charles Casamajor Gaussen, son of James Archibald Casamajor Gaussen, on 16 October 1967.¹ She died on 4 February 2024 at age 92.²
     Hon. Diana Bridget Devereux usually went by her middle name of Bridget.¹ On 20 January 1953 she was granted the rank of a viscount’s daughter.¹ From 16 October 1967, her married name became Gaussen.¹ She lived in 2003 at 60 Alder Lodge, Stevenage Road, London, England^G.¹
