     Hon. Blanche Marion Devereux was the daughter of Robert Charles Devereux, 17th Viscount Hereford and Ethel Mildred Shaw.² She married Major Harry Talbot Rice, son of Henry Charles Talbot Rice and Cecil Mary Lloyd, on 12 July 1927.¹ She died on 13 January 1976.²
     She was appointed Officer, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (O.St.J.)¹ From 12 July 1927, her married name became Talbot Rice.

     David Arthur Talbot Rice was born on 1 March 1931.¹ He was the son of Major Harry Talbot Rice and Hon.      Colonel Robert Harry Talbot Rice was born on 19 August 1963.¹ He is the son of David Arthur Talbot Rice and Sylvia Dorothea Metaxas.² He married Alice Elspeth Middleton Lindsley, daughter of David Middleton Lindsley, in 1991.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Durham University, Durham, County Durham, England^G.² He gained the rank of Colonel|Welsh Guards.¹
