Devon [Great Britain] on 28 November 1800.1 He held the office of Physician in ordinary to the King in 1806.1 He held the office of President of the College of Physicians, London between 1811 and 6 October 1813.1

Eva Mary FitzHardinge Milman, Baroness Berkeley1 
She succeeded as the 16th Baroness Berkeley [E., 1421] on 10 December 1899, by writ, suo jure.1 Her married name became Foley. She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1920.2
On her death, the Barony of Berkeley fell into abeyance between her two daugthers until 5 April 1967.2
