     Robin William Malcolm was born on 28 November 1958.¹ He is the son of Colonel Sir James William Thomas Alexander Malcolm of Balbedie, 12th Bt. and Gillian Heather Humpherus.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Welsh Guards.¹

     Julia Mary Malcolm was born on 31 October 1960.¹ She is the daughter of Colonel Sir James William Thomas Alexander Malcolm of Balbedie, 12th Bt. and Gillian Heather Humpherus.¹ She married Julian Neville Guy Spurling in 1984.¹
     From 1984, her married name became Spurling.¹

     Annabel Heather Malcolm was born on 25 June 1967.¹ She is the daughter of Colonel Sir James William Thomas Alexander Malcolm of Balbedie, 12th Bt. and Gillian Heather Humpherus.¹ She married Patrick C. D. Toyne Sewell, son of Maj.-Gen. Timothy Patrick Toyne Sewell, in 1993.¹
     From 1993, her married name became Toyne Sewell Sewe.¹

     Ian William Ruthven Malcolm was born on 20 August 1933.¹ He is the son of Arthur William Alexander Malcolm and Mary Hester Mann.¹ He married Christie Bramley, daughter of John Bramley, on 10 August 1963.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1957 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1960 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹

     Christie Bramley is the daughter of John Bramley.¹ She married, firstly, John Moss.¹ She married, secondly, Ian William Ruthven Malcolm, son of Arthur William Alexander Malcolm and Mary Hester Mann, on 10 August 1963.¹
     Her married name became Moss.¹ From 10 August 1963, her married name became Malcolm.¹

     Robert van Riet Malcolm was born on 19 September 1965.¹ He is the son of Ian William Ruthven Malcolm and Christie Bramley.¹ He married Susan Cass, daughter of T. H. Cass, in 1993.¹

     William David Malcolm was born on 1 March 1967.¹ He is the son of Ian William Ruthven Malcolm and Christie Bramley.¹ He married Allison Montgomery, daughter of Robert Montgomery, on 24 June 2000.¹
     He was educated at Cranbrook School, Cranbrook, Kent, England.¹ He graduated from St. Paul’s College, Sydney University, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^G, in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹

     John Alexander Malcolm was born on 25 July 1968.¹ He is the son of Ian William Ruthven Malcolm and Christie Bramley.
     He was educated at Cranbrook School, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^G.¹ He graduated from St. Paul’s College, Sydney University, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, in 1989 with a Bachelor of Economics (B.Ec.)¹

     Honoria Adeline Malcolm was the daughter of Major Charles Edward Malcolm and Hon. Beatrice Mary Leslie Hore-Ruthven.¹ She married, thirdly, Captain Charles Gordon, son of Alexander Gordon.² She married, firstly, Reginald Fitzroy Lewis Johnstone, son of Montague George Johnstone and Agnes Harrison, on 15 July 1914.² She married, secondly, James Gordon Lumsden, son of Colonel Henry Lumsden of Pitcaple, in December 1916.¹ She died on 8 April 1929.¹
     Her married name became Gordon.² From 15 July 1914, her married name became Johnstone. From December 1916, her married name became Lumsden.

     Reginald Fitzroy Lewis Johnstone was born on 6 June 1884.² He was the son of Montague George Johnstone and Agnes Harrison.² He married Honoria Adeline Malcolm, daughter of Major Charles Edward Malcolm and Hon. Beatrice Mary Leslie Hore-Ruthven, on 15 July 1914.² He died on 8 September 1914 at age 30 at Marne, France, killed in action.²
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Queen’s Own Cameron Highlanders.² He fought in the First World War.¹
