He fought in the Boer War between 1901 and 1902.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.1 He gained the rank of Major in the King’s Royal Rifle Corps.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hampshire.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Jackson, of Stansted House, Stansted, Essex [U.K., 1902] on 7 February 1954.1
