     George Edward Montagu was born on 19 February 1841.¹ He was the son of Admiral John William Montagu and Isabella Elizabeth Beauclerk.² He married Annie Mary Augusta Delvin, daughter of Edward Delvin, in September 1876.¹ He died on 23 November 1878 at age 37.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Wiltshire.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 84th Foot.¹

     Annie Mary Augusta Delvin was the daughter of Edward Delvin.¹ She married, firstly, George Edward Montagu, son of Admiral John William Montagu and Isabella Elizabeth Beauclerk, in September 1876.¹ She married, secondly, unknown Curry on 19 August 1881. She died in 1933.¹
     From September 1876, her married name became Montagu. From 19 August 1881, her married name became Curry.

     Edward Delvin lived at Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Ireland^G.¹

     unknown Curry married Annie Mary Augusta Delvin, daughter of Edward Delvin, on 19 August 1881. He died in 1933.

     John William Montagu was born in September 1877 at Kensington, London, England^G.¹ He was the son of George Edward Montagu and Annie Mary Augusta Delvin.² He married Violet Irene Shuter, daughter of James Shuter, on 16 September 1913.³ He died on 22 September 1954.¹

     Violet Irene Shuter was the daughter of James Shuter.² She married John William Montagu, son of George Edward Montagu and Annie Mary Augusta Delvin, on 16 September 1913.¹ She died in 1970.¹
     Her married name became Montagu.

     James Shuter lived at Wilcot Manor, Pewsey, Wiltshire, England^G.

     Lt.-Col. John Drogo Montagu was born on 30 May 1916.¹ He was the son of John William Montagu and Violet Irene Shuter.² He married Dorothy Boreham Chuter, daughter of Charles Edward Chuter, on 24 November 1952.¹ He died on 18 August 2013 at age 97.³
     He was educated at Exeter School, Exeter, Devon, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of officer between 1936 and 1950 in the 2nd Punjab Regiment.¹ He fought in the Second World War, in Burma, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Indian Army.¹ He lived in 2003 at The Officer’s House, Coastguard Lane, Freshwaetr, Isle of Wight, England^G.¹

     Dorothy Boreham Chuter was the daughter of Charles Edward Chuter.² She married Lt.-Col. John Drogo Montagu, son of John William Montagu and Violet Irene Shuter, on 24 November 1952.¹ She died in 1990.¹
     Her married name became Montagu.
