     Sir Edward Pickering, 4th Bt. was born circa 1715.¹ He was the son of Sir Gilbert Pickering, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Staunton.¹ He died on 10 July 1749, unmarried.¹
     He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Pickering [N.S., 1638] on 29 February 1736. He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Mitchell between 1745 and 1747.¹

     Francis Wolryche married Margaret Bromley, daughter of Sir George Bromley.¹ He died in 1614.¹
     He lived at Dudmaston, Shropshire, England.¹

     John Wolryche was born circa 1637.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Wolryche, 1st Bt. and Ursula Otley.¹ He married Mary Griffith, daughter of Mathew Griffith, circa 1670.¹ He died in June 1685.¹
     He was educated at Christ’s College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Much Wenlock between 1679 and 1681.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) from 1683 to 1685.¹

     Mary Griffith was the daughter of Mathew Griffith.¹ She married George Elphick.¹ She married John Wolryche, son of Sir Thomas Wolryche, 1st Bt. and Ursula Otley, circa 1670.¹ She died in 1678.¹
     Her married name became Elphick.¹ From circa 1670, her married name became Wolryche.¹

     Mathew Griffith held the office of Chaplain to King Charles I.¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)¹

     George Elphick married Mary Griffith, daughter of Mathew Griffith.¹
     He was admitted to Gray’s Inn.¹
