     Sophia Louisa Ottilia Wilhelmina Barsse was the daughter of Adolphus Otto Baron von Barsse.¹ She married Ernest Baron von Maltzahn-Wartenberg-Penzlin before 1856.¹ She married Reginald John Corbet, son of Sir Andrew Vincent Corbet, 2nd Bt. and Rachel Stephenson Hill, on 29 January 1856.¹ She died on 12 June 1886.¹
     From 29 January 1856, her married name became Corbet.¹

     Adolphus Otto Baron von Barsse gained the rank of Major-General.¹

     Ernest Baron von Maltzahn-Wartenberg-Penzlin married Sophia Louisa Ottilia Wilhelmina Barsse, daughter of Adolphus Otto Baron von Barsse, before 1856.¹ He died before 1856.¹

     Reginald George Corbet was born on 8 January 1857.¹ He was the son of Reginald John Corbet and Sophia Louisa Ottilia Wilhelmina Barsse.¹ He married Cleofe Carnaghi, daughter of Giovanni Carnaghi, on 24 May 1894.¹ He died on 5 December 1913 at age 56.¹
     He graduated with a Bachelor of Divinity (B.D.)¹ He was Chancellor of the diocese of Kandy.¹

     Cleofe Carnaghi is the daughter of Giovanni Carnaghi.¹ She married Reginald George Corbet, son of Reginald John Corbet and Sophia Louisa Ottilia Wilhelmina Barsse, on 24 May 1894.¹
     From 24 May 1894, her married name became Corbet.¹

     Giovanni Carnaghi lived at Milan, Italy.¹

     John Hugh Corbet was born on 17 April 1895.¹ He was the son of Reginald George Corbet and Cleofe Carnaghi.¹ He died in 1918, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Shropshire Light Infantry.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹

     Frederick Hugh Mackenzie Corbet was born on 17 July 1892.¹ He was the son of Reginald John Corbet and Sophia Louisa Ottilia Wilhelmina Barsse.¹ He married Ella Louisa Mary Campbell, daughter of Sir George William Robert Campbell, on 8 May 1893.² He died on 1 December 1916 at age 24.¹
     He was a practising barrister-at-law.¹ He held the office of Advocate-General for Madras between 1912 and 1916.¹

     Ella Louisa Mary Campbell was the daughter of Sir George William Robert Campbell.¹ She married Frederick Hugh Mackenzie Corbet, son of Reginald John Corbet and Sophia Louisa Ottilia Wilhelmina Barsse, on 8 May 1893.¹ She died on 9 October 1942.¹
     From 8 May 1893, her married name became Corbet.¹

     Sir George William Robert Campbell was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.)¹
