     Albert Edmund Parker, 3rd Earl of Morley was born on 11 June 1843.1 He was the son of Edmund Parker, 2nd Earl of Morley and Harriet Sophia Parker.1 He married Margaret Holford, daughter of Robert Stayner Holford and Mary Anne Lindsay, on 17 June 1876.1 He died on 26 February 1905 at age 61.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Earl of Morley, co. Devon [U.K., 1815] on 28 August 1864.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Boringdon of North Molton, co. Devon [U.K., 1815] on 28 August 1864.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Boringdon of Boringdon, co. Devon [G.B., 1784] on 28 August 1864.1 He was Secretary of the Local Government Board between 1873 and 1874.1 He held the office of Under-Secretary of War between 1880 and 1885.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1886.1 He held the office of First Commissioner of Works between February 1886 and April 1886.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Devon.1 He held the office of Deputy Speaker, House of Lords between 1889 and 1905.1

     Virginia Fortune Ryan was the daughter of John Barry Ryan, Jr. and Margaret Kahn.1,3 She married David George Patrick Coke Ogilvy, 12th Earl of Airlie, son of David Lyulph Gore Wolseley Ogilvy, 11th Earl of Airlie and Lady Alexandra Marie Bridget Coke, on 23 October 1952.1
     Her married name became Ogilvy. After her marriage, Virginia Fortune Ryan was styled as Countess of Airlie on 28 December 1968. She held the office of Lady of the Bedchamber to HM Queen Elizabeth II in 1973.3
