     He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Diploma of Public Health.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Clark, of Cavendish Square, co. London [U.K., 1883] on 6 November 1893.¹ He fought in the Boer War in 1902.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Army Medical Corps.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1902.¹ He was Chief Commissioner, St. John’s Hospital Brigade between 1911 and 1936.¹ He was in charge of St. John’s Ambulance Brigade Hospitals in France between 1915 and 1916.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1916.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh (F.R.C.S.E.)¹ He was appointed Bailiff Grand Cross, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (G.C.St.J.)¹

     Sir Andrew Clark, 1st Bt. was born on 28 October 1826.¹ He married, firstly, Seton Mary Percy Forster in August 1851.¹ He married, secondly, Helen Annette Doxat, daughter of Alphonso Doxat, in 1862.¹ He died on 6 November 1893 at age 67.¹
     He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)² He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.)² He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, London (F.R.C.P.)² He was created 1st Baronet Clark, of Cavendish Square, co. London [U.K.] on 9 August 1883.¹ He was President of the Royal College of Physicians, London.² He was Consultant Physician at London Hospital, London, England.²

     Seton Mary Percy Forster married Sir Andrew Clark, 1st Bt. in August 1851.¹
     From August 1851, her married name became Clark.¹

     Seton Mary Burnett Clark was born on 2 November 1853.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Andrew Clark, 1st Bt. and Seton Mary Percy Forster.¹ She died in March 1854.¹

     Mary Kane Clark was born on 27 January 1855.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Andrew Clark, 1st Bt. and Seton Mary Percy Forster.¹ She married Michael Rogers Oldfield Thomas on 14 October 1890.¹ She died on 6 May 1928 at age 73.¹
     From 14 October 1890, her married name became Thomas.¹

     Michael Rogers Oldfield Thomas married Mary Kane Clark, daughter of Sir Andrew Clark, 1st Bt. and Seton Mary Percy Forster, on 14 October 1890.¹ He died on 16 June 1929.¹
     He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.)¹ He lived at 46 Edwardes Square, London, England.¹

     Margaret Alexandrina Clark was born on 26 July 1856.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Andrew Clark, 1st Bt. and Seton Mary Percy Forster.¹ She married Reverend William Lee on 29 July 1880.¹ She died on 28 October 1938 at age 82.¹
     From 29 July 1880, her married name became Lee.¹

     Reverend William Lee married Margaret Alexandrina Clark, daughter of Sir Andrew Clark, 1st Bt. and Seton Mary Percy Forster, on 29 July 1880.¹ He died on 8 October 1923.¹
