     Ian Malcolm Constable-Maxwell-Scott was born on 18 July 1927.¹ He is the son of Rear-Admiral Malcolm Raphael Joseph Constable-Maxwell-Scott and Fearga Victoria Mary O’Conor.¹ He married Susan Mary Clark, daughter of Sir Andrew Edmund James Clark, 3rd Bt. and Adeline Frances Harriet Derviche-Jones, on 14 February 1958.¹ He died on 27 November 1993 at age 66.¹

     Susan Mary Clark was born on 6 November 1936.² She was the daughter of Sir Andrew Edmund James Clark, 3rd Bt. and Adeline Frances Harriet Derviche-Jones.³ She married Ian Malcolm Constable-Maxwell-Scott, son of Rear-Admiral Malcolm Raphael Joseph Constable-Maxwell-Scott and Fearga Victoria Mary O’Conor, on 14 February 1958.¹ She died on 26 September 2004 at age 67.⁴
     She was admitted to Inner Temple in 1957 entitled to practise as a barrister.¹ From 14 February 1958, her married name became Constable-Maxwell-Scott. She lived in 2003 at 12 Kelmscott Road, London, England^G.¹

     Sir Andrew Edmund James Clark, 3rd Bt. was born on 18 July 1898. He was the son of Sir James Richardson Andrew Clark, 2nd Bt. and Lilian Margaret Hopkins.¹ He married, firstly, Angela Taylor, daughter of Arthur James Taylor and Annie Mabel Greene, on 3 March 1921.² He married, secondly, Adeline Frances Harriet Derviche-Jones, daughter of Colonel Arthur Derviche-Jones, on 26 January 1924.² He died on 19 May 1979 at age 80.³
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.² He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1919.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)^4,2 He was admitted to Inner Temple entitled to practise as a barrister-at-law.¹ He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1945.¹ He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1941.⁴ He was appointed Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.) in 1943.⁴ He was Assistant Chief, Legal Division, Control Commission for Germany between 1944 and 1945.¹ He was appointed Officer, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (O.St.J.)¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Clark, of Cavendish Square, co. London [U.K., 1883] on 18 January 1948.² He held the office of Bencher of the Inner Temple in 1950.¹ On his death his baronetcy became extinct.³

     Adeline Frances Harriet Derviche-Jones is the daughter of Colonel Arthur Derviche-Jones.¹ She married Sir Andrew Edmund James Clark, 3rd Bt., son of Sir James Richardson Andrew Clark, 2nd Bt. and Lilian Margaret Hopkins, on 26 January 1924.¹
     Her married name became Clark.

     Colonel Arthur Derviche-Jones was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He lived at Broad Haven, Pembrokeshire, Wales.¹

     Angela Taylor was the daughter of Arthur James Taylor and Annie Mabel Greene.¹ She married Sir Andrew Edmund James Clark, 3rd Bt., son of Sir James Richardson Andrew Clark, 2nd Bt. and Lilian Margaret Hopkins, on 3 March 1921.¹ She died on 31 August 1922.¹
     Her married name became Clark.

     Arthur James Taylor married Annie Mabel Greene, daughter of Sir Edward Walter Greene, 1st Bt..
     He lived at Strensham Court, Worcestershire, England^G.²

     Malcolm Fergus Constable-Maxwell-Scott was born on 24 December 1960.¹ He is the son of Ian Malcolm Constable-Maxwell-Scott and Susan Mary Clark.² He married Tanya Church, daughter of William Church, in 1990.¹ He and Tanya Church were divorced in 1993.¹

     Lucy Ann Constable-Maxwell-Scott was born on 26 September 1958.¹ She is the daughter of Ian Malcolm Constable-Maxwell-Scott and Susan Mary Clark.²

     Sarah Secunda Constable-Maxwell-Scott was born on 15 October 1959.¹ She is the daughter of Ian Malcolm Constable-Maxwell-Scott and Susan Mary Clark.²
