     Elizabeth Ann Smith was the daughter of Charles Smith.¹ She married Edmund Thomas Henry Barrett-Lennard, son of George Barrett-Lennard and Elizabeth Prideaux, in 1853.¹
     Her married name became Barrett-Lennard.

     Edmund George Barrett-Lennard was born in 1855.¹ He was the son of Edmund Thomas Henry Barrett-Lennard and Elizabeth Ann Smith.¹ He married Fanny Emily Broun, daughter of James William Broun, in 1881.¹ He died on 27 January 1931.¹

     Fanny Emily Broun was the daughter of James William Broun.¹ She married Edmund George Barrett-Lennard, son of Edmund Thomas Henry Barrett-Lennard and Elizabeth Ann Smith, in 1881.¹ She died on 2 December 1934.¹
     Her married name became Barrett-Lennard.

     Edmund Thomas Dacre Barrett-Lennard was born in 1882.¹ He was the son of Edmund George Barrett-Lennard and Fanny Emily Broun.¹ He married Kathleen Rosina Pettigrew, daughter of Thomas D. Pettigrew, in 1907.¹ He died on 8 August 1945.¹

     Kathleen Rosina Pettigrew was the daughter of Thomas D. Pettigrew.¹ She married Edmund Thomas Dacre Barrett-Lennard, son of Edmund George Barrett-Lennard and Fanny Emily Broun, in 1907.¹ She died on 12 August 1939.¹
     Her married name became Barrett-Lennard.

     Geoffrey Barrett-Lennard was born in 1908. He was the son of Edmund Thomas Dacre Barrett-Lennard and Kathleen Rosina Pettigrew.¹ He married Lorna Margaret Lodge, daughter of A. B. Lodge, on 30 January 1933.¹ He died in 1988.¹
