     Admiral Charles Wolseley was born on 25 October 1741.¹ He was the son of Sir William Wolseley, 5th Bt. and Ann Fieldhouse. He died on 10 April 1808 at age 66, unmarried.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Milborne Port between 1775 and 1780.² He gained the rank of Admiral of the Red in 1799.¹

     Sarah Hopkins is the daughter of Sir Richard Hopkins and Sarah Button. She married Sir John Goodricke, 3rd Bt., son of Sir John Goodricke, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Smith.
     Her married name became Goodricke.

     Lt.-Gen. Richard Hopkins-Northey is the son of William Northey and Anne Hopkins.
