     Philip Rokeby was born in 1607 at Hotham, Yorkshire, England.¹ He was the son of William Rokeby.² He married Jane Godfrey, daughter of Joseph Godfrey and Catherine Willoughby, on 4 January 1631.¹ He died in 1647 at London, England.¹

     Jane Godfrey was born in 1608 at Thunnock, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Joseph Godfrey and Catherine Willoughby.² She married Philip Rokeby, son of William Rokeby, on 4 January 1631.¹ She died in 1665.¹
     From 4 January 1631, her married name became Rokeby.¹

     Joseph Godfrey married Catherine Willoughby, daughter of William Willoughby and Elizabeth Hildyard, on 15 June 1603.¹ He died on 30 June 1631.¹

     Catherine Willoughby was born circa 1583.¹ She was the daughter of William Willoughby and Elizabeth Hildyard.^1,2 She married Joseph Godfrey on 15 June 1603.¹ She died on 15 August 1658.¹
     From 15 June 1603, her married name became Godfrey.¹

     William Rokeby was born in 1556 at Hotham, Yorkshire, England.¹ He was the son of Thomas Rokeby and Catherine Leigh.¹ He died in 1626 at Hotham, Yorkshire, England.¹

     Sir William Rokeby, 1st Bt. was born in 1601.¹ He was the son of William Rokeby.¹ He married Frances Hickman, daughter of Sir William Hickman.¹ He died in 1676.¹
     He gained the title of 1st Baronet Rokeby, of Skiers on 29 January 1661.

     Frances Hickman is the daughter of Sir William Hickman.¹ She married Sir William Rokeby, 1st Bt., son of William Rokeby.¹
     Her married name became Rokeby.¹
