     Hon. William Frederick Byng was the son of Field Marshal John Byng, 1st Earl of Strafford and Marianne James.1 He married Flora Fox Vivian, daughter of Major Quintus Vivian, on 17 August 1861.1 He died on 12 February 1877.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 13th Light Dragoons.1

Flora Fox Vivian1
