     John Macfarlane, 15th of Arrochar was the son of Andrew Macfarlane, 14th of Arrochar and Agnes Maxwell.¹ He married Helen Stewart, daughter of Francis Stewart, 1st and last Earl of Bothwell and Lady Margaret Douglas.¹ He died after 14 August 1627.¹

     Frederick Sundius Sundius Smith was born in 1841 at London, England.² He was the son of Charles Richard Smith and Ann Kenward.² He married Emily Beatrice Knightley, daughter of William Porter Knightley and Charlotte Hannah Beeby, on 14 August 1880 at Brighton, Sussex, England.^1,2 He died in 1914.²

Bernard Frederick Roper Holbrooke was born before 26 November 1871 at Portslade, Sussex, England.² He was the son of Reverend Frederick George Holbrooke.¹ He married Beatrice Muriel Sundius Smith, daughter of Frederick Sundius Sundius Smith and Emily Beatrice Knightley, in 1908 at Portslade, Sussex, England.¹ He died in 1948 at Bournemouth, Dorset, England.²
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Indian Army.¹
