     Archibald Charles Douglas was born on 3 July 1864.¹ He was the son of Charles Irvine Douglas and Margaret Elizabeth Holmested.¹ He married Katie Sieveright Lee, daughter of Thomas Lee, on 9 April 1890.¹ He died on 17 November 1937 at age 73.¹

     Katie Sieveright Lee was the daughter of Thomas Lee.¹ She married Archibald Charles Douglas, son of Charles Irvine Douglas and Margaret Elizabeth Holmested, on 9 April 1890.¹ She died on 21 October 1954.¹
     From 9 April 1890, her married name became Douglas.¹
