Sir Selwyn Charles Cornelius-Wheeler1 
Sir Selwyn Charles Cornelius-Wheeler was born on 26 March 1923 at Bremen, Germany.1 He married, secondly, Dip Singh in 1962.1 He died on 4 July 2008 at age 85 at London, England.1
He was also known as Charles Wheeler.1 He was chief correspondent for BBC Television Television News in 1977.1 He was chief correspondent for Panorama between 1977 and 1979.1 He was chief correspondent for Newsnight between 1980 and 1995.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 2001.1 He was appointed Knight in 2006.1
