     Kinloch Griffits was born in 1890 at High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England.¹ He was the son of James Olliff Griffits and Jane Cooke.¹

     Porah Griffits was born in 1891 at High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England.¹ He was the son of James Olliff Griffits and Jane Cooke.¹

     Sir George Forbes was born on 27 October 1849.¹ He was the son of Reverend Alexander Forbes.¹ He married Alice Mary Griffits, daughter of James Olliff Griffits and Mary Ann (?), on 29 July 1909.¹ He died on 17 April 1941 at age 91.¹
     He was with the Indian Civil Service in 1872.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Star of India (K.C.S.I.)¹

     Catherine Burnett is the daughter of Sir Thomas Burnett of Leys, 6th Bt. and Catherine Ramsay. She married Alexander Forbes of Schivas in 1785.
     From 1785, her married name became Forbes.
