     Robert James Rogers, Baron Lisvane married Sarah Elizabeth Anne Howard, daughter of John William Howard and Elizabeth Bligh Veasey, in 1973.² He and Sarah Elizabeth Anne Howard were divorced in 1978.²
     He was created Baron Lisvane, of Blakemere in the County of Herefordshire and of Lisvane in the City and County of Cardiff [U.K. Life Peer] on 11 December 2014.¹

     He held the office of Chief Executive of Sheffield City Council between 1997 and 2008.² He was appointed Knight in 2005.² He was created Baron Kerslake, of Endcliffe in the City of Sheffield [U.K. Life Peer] on 17 March 2015.¹

     Terence James O’Neill, Baron O’Neill of Gatley was created Baron O’Neill of Gatley, of Gatley in the County of Greater Manchester [U.K. Life Peer] on 28 May 2015.¹
