     Elizabeth Dawes was the daughter of Sir William Dawes, 3rd Bt. and Frances d‘Arcy.^1,2 She married Sir William Milner, 1st Bt., son of William Milner and Mary Ibbetson, on 5 December 1716.¹ She died on 9 March 1782.¹
     From 5 December 1716, her married name became Milner.¹

     Sir William Dawes, 3rd Bt. was born in August 1671 at Lyons, Essex, England.³ He was the son of Sir John Dawes, 1st Bt.³ He married Frances d‘Arcy, daughter of Sir Thomas d‘Arcy, 1st Bt..³ He died on 30 April 1724 at age 52.³
     He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)¹ He gained the title of 3rd Baronet Dawes. He was educated at Merchant Taylors’ School, London, England.³ He was educated at St. John’s College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.³ He was a master in 1697 at St. Catharine’s College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.³ He held the office of Bishop of Chester between 1708 and 1714.³ He held the office of Archbishop of York between 1714 and 1724.¹

     Mary Milner was born on 11 February 1739.² She was the daughter of Sir William Milner, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Dawes.¹ She was baptised on 6 March 1739 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.² She married Rear-Admiral Sir John Lindsay, son of Sir Alexander Lindsay, 3rd Bt. and Hon. Amelia Murray, on 19 September 1768.¹ She died on 24 June 1799 at age 60.¹
     From 19 September 1768, her married name became Lindsay.¹

     Rear-Admiral Sir John Lindsay was born in 1737.³ He was the son of Sir Alexander Lindsay, 3rd Bt. and Hon. Amelia Murray.^1,3 He married Mary Milner, daughter of Sir William Milner, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Dawes, on 19 September 1768.¹ He died on 4 June 1788 at Marlborough, Wiltshire, England.^1,3
     He was appointed Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.)¹

     Margaret Lindsay was born circa 1726.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Alexander Lindsay, 3rd Bt. and Hon. Amelia Murray.¹ She married Allan Ramsay.²

     General George Milner was born in 1760.¹ He was the son of Sir William Milner, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Mordaunt.¹ He married Charlotte Colombier in 1786.¹ He died on 13 May 1836, without issue.¹
     He gained the rank of General in the Scots Fusilier Guards.¹ He lived at Mickleham, Surrey, England.¹

     Charlotte Colombier married, firstly, Robert Evance FitzGerald before 1786.¹ She married, secondly, General George Milner, son of Sir William Milner, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Mordaunt, in 1786.¹ She died on 19 February 1844.¹
     From before 1786, her married name became FitzGerald.¹ From 1786, her married name became Milner.¹

     Robert Evance FitzGerald married Charlotte Colombier before 1786.¹ He died before 1786.¹

     Reverend Henry Stephen Milner was born in 1764.¹ He was the son of Sir William Milner, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Mordaunt.¹ He died, unmarried.¹
     He graduated with a Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.)¹

     Mary Jane Moore was the daughter of R. Moore.¹ She married Colonel Charles William Milner, son of Sir William Mordaunt Milner, 3rd Bt. and Diana Sturt, on 10 October 1843.¹ She died on 16 May 1881.¹
     From 10 October 1843, her married name became Milner.¹
