     Prudence Margaret Robertson is the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Donald Elphinston Robertson.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Arthur Patrick Sykes, son of Major Herbert Rushton Sykes and Hon. Constance Harriet Georgina Skeffington, in 1936.¹ She and Lt.-Col. Arthur Patrick Sykes were divorced in 1967.¹
