     From May 1896, her married name became Matthew.¹

     Dorothy Grace Lake is the daughter of George Robert Lake and Elizabeth Charlotte Mack.^1,2 She married Gerald Francis Kingsbury, son of William Joseph Kingsbury and Caroline Louisa Sophia Georgiana Bridgeman, on 5 July 1905 at Paddington, London, England.^1,2
     From 5 July 1905, her married name became Kingsbury.¹
