Brigadier Robert Guy Loder-Symonds1

Brigadier Robert Guy Loder-Symonds was born on 1 March 1913.1,2 He was the son of Robert Francis Loder-Symonds and Agnes Muriel Dolphin.1 He married Merlin Audrey Allen in 1937 at Bridge, Kent, England.1 He died on 11 November 1945 at age 32 at Java, Indonesia, on active service, when his plane crashed.1
He gained the rank of Brigadier.3 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)3 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)3 He fought in the Second World War.1
