Thomas Lucas, 3rd Baron Lucas of Shenfield1 
He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Lucas of Shenfield, co. Essex [E., 1645] in 1688.1 He held the office of Constable of the Tower of London between 1688 and 1702.1 He held the office of Elder Brother of Trinity House between 1692 and 1705.1 He was Colonel of the 34th Foot between 1702 and 1705.1 On his death, his barony expired.1
