     Charles Piercy Henderson was born in 1847 at Polmont, Stirlingshire, Scotland.¹ He was the son of John Piercy Henderson and Eliza Anne Lockhart.¹

     Alice Georgina Lilian Elsmie was born in 1864.¹ She was the daughter of George Robert Elsmie.¹ She married Edward Piercy Henderson, son of John Piercy Henderson and Eliza Anne Lockhart, on 14 October 1884 at Simla, Bengal, India.¹ She died in 1937 at Westminster, London, England.¹
     From 14 October 1884, her married name became Henderson.¹

     Charles Edward Piercy Henderson was born on 7 March 1887.¹ He was the son of Edward Piercy Henderson and Alice Georgina Lilian Elsmie.¹ He was baptised on 6 April 1887 at Lahore, Bengal, India.¹ He died on 17 November 1916 at age 29 at Martinpuich, Pas de Calais, France, killed in action.¹
     He was commissioned in 1906, in the service of the Royal Field Artillery.¹ In 1913 he invented an anti-aircraft gear.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Field Artillery.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He was a balloonist.¹ He was awarded the Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d’honneur.¹

     Emily Margaret Fellows was born on 14 December 1853 at Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Harvey Winson Fellows and Harriet Coupland Murray.¹ She married Major George Atkins in 1873 at Watford, Hertfordshire, England.¹ She and Major George Atkins were divorced on 9 July 1881 at Lahore, Bengal, India.¹ She died on 15 August 1932 at age 78.¹
     From 1873, her married name became Atkins.¹

     Major George Atkins married Emily Margaret Fellows, daughter of Harvey Winson Fellows and Harriet Coupland Murray, in 1873 at Watford, Hertfordshire, England.¹ He and Emily Margaret Fellows were divorced on 9 July 1881 at Lahore, Bengal, India.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Bengal Staff Corps.¹

     George James Murray Atkins was born on 26 July 1874 at Gorukpore, Bengal, India.¹ He was the son of Major George Atkins and Emily Margaret Fellows.¹ He was baptised on 23 September 1874 at India.¹
