     Mary Augusta Caroline Gordon was born in 1860 at Plumstead, Kent, England.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Henry William Gordon and Henrietta Rose Staveley.¹

     Richard Clive was baptised in 1755 at St. Geroge the Martyr, Queen square, Holborn, London, England.¹ He was the son of Robert Clive, 1st Baron Clive of Plassey and Margaret Maskelyne.¹

     Colonel William Staveley Gordon was born in 1863 at Plumstead, Kent, England.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry William Gordon and Henrietta Rose Staveley.¹ He married Anne Isabella Stafford in 1892 at St. Peter’s Eaton Square, Westminster, London, England.¹
     He was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.¹ He was commissioned in September 1881, in the service of the Royal Marine Artillery.¹ He gained the rank of officer in December 1885 in the Egyptian Army.¹ He fought in the Dongola Expedition in 1896.¹ He fought in the Sudan Campaign between 1896 and 1900.¹

     Robert Franklin Gordon was born in 1864 at Plumstead, Kent, England.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry William Gordon and Henrietta Rose Staveley.¹

     Elizabeth Emily Georgina Gordon was born on 12 September 1866 at Royal Arsenal, Woolwich, Kent, England.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Henry William Gordon and Henrietta Rose Staveley.¹ She was baptised on 31 October 1866 at Plumstead, Woolwich, Kent, England.¹ She married Lt.-Col. William Henry Dawes Jones, son of Reverend Thomas Roberts Jones and Alice Pierce, on 10 February 1891 at Neemuch, Bombay, India.¹ She died in 1912 at East Preston, Sussex, England.¹
     From 10 February 1891, her married name became Jones.¹

     Violet Beatrice Gordon was born on 28 December 1868 at Plumstead, Kent, England.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Henry William Gordon and Henrietta Rose Staveley.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Sir Alexander Fleetwood Pinhey, son of Robert Hill Pinhey and Mary Anne Pellew, on 10 February 1891 at Neemuch, Bombay, India, in a by telegram marriage.¹
     From 10 February 1891, her married name became Pinhey.¹

     Jane Clive was born on 15 June 1756.¹ She was the daughter of Robert Clive, 1st Baron Clive of Plassey and Margaret Maskelyne.¹

     James Malcolm Simonds was born on 28 May 1932.¹ He was the son of Commander Henry Duncan Simonds and Mary Zillah Ramsden.¹ He died on 5 January 1953 at age 20 at Korea, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of Korean War.¹ He gained the rank of Sub Lieutenant in the Fleet Air Arm, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.¹

     Hon. Elizabeth Clive was born on 30 October 1764.¹ She was the daughter of Robert Clive, 1st Baron Clive of Plassey and Margaret Maskelyne.¹
