     Mary Anne Pellew was born in 1828 at Chudleigh, Devon, England.² She was the daughter of Reverend Edward Pellew and Marianne Winthrop.³ She married Robert Hill Pinhey, son of Robert Pinhey and Emily Barclay, on 11 March 1852.¹ She died in 1910 at Eastbourne, Sussex, England.²

     Robert Hill Pinhey was born on 22 November 1831 at Bombay, India.² He was the son of Robert Pinhey and Emily Barclay.² He was baptised on 31 December 1831 at St. Thomas, Bombay, India.² He married Mary Anne Pellew, daughter of Reverend Edward Pellew and Marianne Winthrop, on 11 March 1852.¹ He died on 21 August 1896 at age 64 at St. Thomas, Bombay, India.^3,2
