Oldfield and Mabel Powell, in March 1938 at Hull, Yorkshire, England.¹ He died on 28 August 1948 at Nairobi, Kenya, from an apparent suicide.¹
     He gained the rank of Surgeon Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.¹

     Mary Sheelagh Gay-French was born on 13 July 1910.¹ She was the daughter of John Gay-French and Eleanor May Pipe-Wolferstan.¹ She married Brian W. D. Westgate in 1933.¹ She married Eric E. Wilding in 1943.¹ She died in 2000 at Surrey, England.¹
     From 1933, her married name became Westgate.¹ From 1943, her married name became Wilding.¹

     Terence Wilder Gay-French was born in 1914 at London, England.¹ He was the son of John Gay-French and Eleanor May Pipe-Wolferstan.¹ He married Kathleen Oldfield, daughter of Francis William F. Oldfield and Mabel Powell, on 21 December 1938 at Goodstone, Faversham, Kent, England.¹ He died on 11 March 1940 at Malta, killed in an air crash whilst serving on H.M.S. Glorious.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.¹

     Sydney Fowler Snelling was born in 1871 at Winchester, Hampshire, England.¹ He married Ethel Henrietta Pipe-Wolferstan, daughter of Francis Stafford Pipe-Wolferstan and Sarah Maria Hill Belli, on 3 May 1902 at Fulham, London, England.¹ He died in 1926 at Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey, England.¹

     Francis Stafford Snelling was born in 1906 at Lambeth, London, England.¹ He is the son of Sydney Fowler Snelling and Ethel Henrietta Pipe-Wolferstan.¹ He married Isabel Agapete Pollock in 1941 at Marylebone, London, England.¹

     Isabel Agapete Pollock was born on 3 April 1933.¹ She married Francis Stafford Snelling, son of Sydney Fowler Snelling and Ethel Henrietta Pipe-Wolferstan, in 1941 at Marylebone, London, England.¹ She died in 1970.¹
     From 1941, her married name became Snelling.¹
