     He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)² He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.² He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.)² He lived in 1965 at Beech Lawn, Fareham, Hampshire, England.²
