     Emma Isabella Kelly was born circa 1836.2 She was the daughter of John Hubert Kelly.2 She married Benjamin Haughton, son of John Haughton and Louisa Courtauld Osbourne, on 7 July 1852.1 She died on 29 August 1873.
     From 7 July 1852, her married name became Haughton.

     Walter Raleigh Haughton was born on 5 June 1855.1 He was the son of Benjamin Haughton and Emma Isabella Kelly.2 He married Lilian Bailey, daughter of John Bailey, in November 1885.1 He died on 19 April 1929 at age 73.1
     He was awarded the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve Officers’ Decoration (V.D.)3 He was registered as a Member, Institute of Civil Engineers (M.Inst.C.E.)3 He was Engineer-in-Chief of the East Bengal State Railway.3 He was Chief Engineer, Bengal State Railways.1
