     He gained the rank of Captain in the 8th Light Dragoons.1 He was Freeman of Waterford in 1781.1 He lived at Anne Street, Clonmel, County Tipperary, Ireland.1 He lived at Gambonstown, County Tipperary, Ireland, (or Lakefield.)1
